As a consultant, life coach, and facilitator, I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in helping people negotiate complex issues and transitions, focusing on open lines of communication and unblock negative emotional patterns.
I have a great deal of experience with extended family issues, family negotiation, and conflict resolution. I specialize in the application of depth-oriented psychology to the process of working with individuals and families.
My approach is also well informed by dynamic, family structural, and systems therapy and cognitive-behavioral models. I draw from research in interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and neurobiological aspects human behavior.
I was a research psychologist at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a research coordinator at NYU Langone Medical Center. Earlier in my career, I was appointed Senior Staff Therapist at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health and the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
During my graduate studies in clinical psychology, I was on the research team at the NY State Psychiatric Institute investigating anxiety and depression. I am committed to the development of innovative strategies for personal, professional, and organizational growth.
